Digital Products
All products sold through Katrina Collins are digital products, educational resources, memberships, workshops, or online training programs.
No physical products are shipped unless otherwise stated.
Access and Delivery
After purchase, access details will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
If you do not receive access within a reasonable timeframe, contact:

Access to products is provided for personal use only.
You may not:
- share login details
- distribute materials
- reproduce content
- resell products

Unauthorised sharing may result in removal of access without refund.
Payments
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the individual product sales page.
Where a refund policy or guarantee applies, it will be clearly stated on that product page.
No refunds are provided for:
- change of mind
- unused access
- failure to complete the program
- lack of implementation
- misunderstanding of product suitability after purchase

Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before renewal.
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
