By purchasing any product from this website, you agree you understand our policy.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the individual product sales page.
Where a refund policy or guarantee applies, it will be clearly stated on that product page.
No refunds are provided for:
- change of mind
- unused access
- failure to complete the program
- lack of implementation
- misunderstanding of product suitability after purchase
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before renewal.
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
